Casa Castiglione

The house is located in one of the most characteristic spots of the historical centre of Strongoli, right in front of the clock tower. Fragments of a Roman inscription from the imperial age set in the facade testify to the antiquity of the area. The inside of Casa Castiglione also is a journey through time: it still preserves materials, finishes and traditional building elements. But even so, the restoration maintained the spaciousness and freshness of contemporary architecture. A beautiful external stone staircase allows access to the house which welcomes you with its large living room with kitchen corner. A wood staircase leads to the sleeping area and its large double bedroom, with a dressing room and bathroom.
